KAZINFORM /Andrei Sokolov/ The Kazakh Eli architectural and sculptural complex is unusual encyclopedia of Kazakhstan, which tells about history, culture, achievements and power of our sovereign state. Editor-in-Chief of the Caspian Commune newspaper of Atyrau oblast Viktor Shigayev has said it.
"In my opinion, the complex creators embodied the main thing in their intention - to reflect the national idea - independence of the state, which is emphasized by the Kazakh President, demonstrate people's valor in the Motherland protection and express the idea of creativeness and focus on the future", V.Shigayev said.
