Kazakh defense minister met with Russian deputy PM
The parties, who talked over issues of bilateral cooperation in military-economic and military-technical areas, noted progressive and fruitful development of the two states' cooperation in these directions. They also coordinated concrete plans for development of the existing joint enterprises and prospects for the establishment of new joint projects.
A.Jaksybekov and D.Rogozin discussed issues pertaining to implementation of the Agreement on the establishment of joint regional air defense system of Russia and Kazakhstan, including its technical support. The parties noted substantial growth of mutual military imports during the expiring year.
The talks were another evidence to positive development of military industries of both states and their equal cooperation.
