Kazakh culture and tourist potential presented in Beijing

Ahead of the official opening of the Year of Kazakhstan Tourism in China, the Kazakh national values and tourist potential of the regions were presented in Beijing, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports.
In particular, the guests of the event had the chance to taste Kazakh national dishes – baursaks, kurt, kazy, Nauryz kozhe, as well as Kazakh honey.
The Kazah national handicrafts were also on display. The guests were also presented with Kazakh national songs and performances on the national musical instruments.
It was noted that the event aims at familiarizing the residents of Beijing with the Kazakh culture and traditions.
To note, on March 29, the official ceremony of opening of the Year of Kazakhstan Tourism in China will take place.
