Kazakh civil servants completed vocational training at the Hertie School of Governance, Germany

The group consisted of the representatives of the Kazakh Presidential Administration, Prime Minister's Chancellery, General Prosecutor's Office, ministries of culture and information, foreign affairs and other state bodies. During the seminar they were familiarized with the basic principles and standards of the OSCE activity, mechanisms and processes of decision-making. They also studied the issues of transparency of state bodies.

Besides, the Kazakh civil servants met with the deputies of Bundestag, specialists having working experience in the OSCE and scientists from the Center for OSCE Research.  

The seminar was organized within the framework of realization of the programs "Path to Europe" and "Vocational training of civil servants abroad".
