Kazakh citizen failed to smuggle 18t of scrap metal

URALSK. KAZINFORM - Kazakh citizen tried to transport through the Kazakh-Russian border ferrous metals and aluminum.
According to Lieutenant Colonel Sayat Shubayev, a citizen of Kazakhstan was detained on "Shagan" checkpoint, he tried to smuggle "KAMAZ" truck loaded with 15 tons of iron-and-steel waste and about 3 tons of aluminum which total value reached $ 8000.
