Kazakh, Chinese defense ministers discussed expansion of military cooperation

'Kazakhstan and China share the view on the concept of security in the modern world', the Kazakh Minister emphasized. 'The high level of strategic partnership between our countries is reached thanks to the purposeful work of the leaders of the countries. Nursultan Nazarbayev pays special attention to the development of friendly relations and strengthening of cooperation with China in different spheres and military sphere as well', he said.

The Kazakh Minister informed his counterpart about the military exhibition 'KADEX-2010' and said that it would be a new step of Kazakh military-industrial complex. The purpose of the exhibition is to inform the world producers about the needs and prospects of the Kazakh Armed Forces and attracting leading foreign companies to create a competitive environment and support the development of now in use productions and introduction of new technologies.

Kazakhstan considers China as one of the prior partners in the sphere of defense.
