Kazakh capital to attract around 1,000 student volunteers for 5th World Nomad Games
Nearly 1,000 volunteers among college and university students are to be attracted during the 5th World Nomad Games in Astana, Kazinform News Agency cites the official website of the city’s administration.
A number of meetings regarding recruitment of volunteers for the 5th World Nomad Games to be held on September 8-15 in the Kazakh capital are set to be held at the capital’s education facilities.
According to the organizers, participation is open for applicants aged 14-75. Volunteers are expected to welcome the participants and guests, accompany them to accreditation centers and hotels, provide assistance at sports facilities, assist in holding cultural and mass events, and so on.
To note, the 5th World Nomad Games are expected to bring together around four thousand representatives from over 100 countries of the world.

The 5th World Nomad Games are to feature competitions in 20 national and traditional games, including horse racing, national wrestling competitions, archery, traditional intellectual games, pulling a rope, and others. Besides, special competitions are planned demonstrating 10 national arts.
