Kazakh capital sees 75-80 daily measles cases among kids

75-80 children contract measles each day in the Kazakh capital, Roza Utegenova, deputy director of the general children’s hospital No.3, said, Kazinform News Agency correspondent reports.
75-80 children are admitted with measles to our hospital each day. 30-35% of them receive in-patient, and the rest out-patient treatment. The majority of those with measles are kids under 7. Children aged over 7 make 10-15% of those with measles, and babies under 1 – 17%, said Utegenova.
