Kazakh Cabinet draws up plan on presidential address implementation

ASTANA. January 21. KAZINFORM The Cabinet has drawn up the Nationwide Plan for Implementation of the State-of-the-Nation Address of President Nursultan Nazarbayev "Kazakhstan's way: Common goal, common interests, common future", Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov announced at the Government session Tuesday.

"It is no stretch to say that this year's address is of unique character, because it represents not only a specific program of measures that need to be taken to implement the long-term strategy of socioeconomic development of our country, but also a brand new "Mangilik Yel" patriotic act," the Premier said.

"The Head of State noted this patriotic act, this historical mission will be realized within the framework of the Kazakhstan-2050 Development Strategy adopted earlier," he added. "This address is unique since it highlights both the long-term objectives and targeted steps in priority directions of our development."

"Today we've adopted a specific plan of action in order to implement the key provisions of the presidential address. The plan was prepared and agreed together with the Presidential Administration," he concluded.
