Kazakh boxers claim first victories at the International Tournament in Halle

ALMATY.  KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan boxers claimed their first victories at the International Tournament "Chemistry Cup" kicked off yesterday in Halle (Germany), this has been told by spokesman of Kazakhstan Boxing Federation Viktor Priyanikov.

Thus, Berik Abdrakhmanov (weight category up to 60 kg, Almaty World Championships bronze medalist, has won the German athlete Adtke Gashi with 3-0 score. Finalist of the last World Championships and Olympic Games Adilbek Niyazymbetov (81 kg) earned a massive TKO victory over the representative of Denmark Rajab Sarwari.

Our team departed to Germany in the composition of six boxers. Current national champion in the weight category up to 49 kg Temirtas Zhusupov, the finalist of the Kazakhstan Championships-2013 in the category up to 52 kg Ilyas Suleimenov and the winner of the championship of the republic in weight category up to 64 kg Almasbek Alibekov are to enter the ring.
