Kazakh border patrol foils poultry smuggling

ASTANA. KAZINFORM A border patrol of the Taraz border guard detachment foiled an attempt to smuggle about three tons of poultry on the Kazakh-Kyrgyz state border, the Frontier Service of Kazakhstan`s National Security Committee said.
According to its press service, the smugglers fled the scene as border guards found a truck loaded with 90 boxes full of poultry. The investigation is underway.
