Kazakh border guards detain smugglers on foot

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The frontier guards foiled an attempted smuggling of 90 mobile phones across the Kazakh-Chinese border. A 26-year-old national of Kazakhstan tried to cross the border on foot, the Kazakh Frontier Service said.
Another Kazakhstanis on foot with undeclared USD 7,500 and above KZT 500,000 was detained at the Karasu checkpoint on the Kazakh-Kyrgyz border.
