ASTANA. January 27. KAZINFORM By the President's decrees Dulat Bakishev has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Korea; Darkhan Berdaliyev has been relieved of his post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Korea.
