Kazakh Ambassador to Hungary R.Ibrayev, newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs János Martonyi met

ASTANA. July 13. KAZINFORM Kazakh Ambassador to Hungary Rashid Ibrayev has held a meeting with newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Hungary János Martonyi; the press service of the Kazakh Embassy in Hungary reports.

The Kazakh diplomat congratulated him on his appointment on the high post and conveyed the best wishes from his Kazakh colleague - OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Secretary of State-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kanat Saudabayev. R.Ibrayev expressed hope that the relations between Astana and Budapest under leadership of the newly-elected government of Hungary will reach higher level.

The prospects of the Kazakh-Hungarian cooperation development in various spheres were discussed at the meeting. The sides expressed satisfaction with progressive development of bilateral relations. There was noted necessity of expansion of trade-economic interaction in the oil and gas sector, agriculture nad in the sphere of technologies exchange.

The Kazakh Ambassador informed the Minister of the current public-political and economic situation in the country, implementation of economic reforms defined in the President's Address to the Nation, the most important foreign policy initiatives of Kazakhstan on the international arena.
