Kazakh Ambassador, Slovakian Foreign Minister discuss issues of cooperation

BRATISLAVA. June 16. KAZINFORM Kazakh Ambassador Anarbek Karashev met with Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic Miroslav Laichak yesterday in Bratislava. During the meeting the parties discussed a number of issues in the development of bilateral cooperation in different spheres; Kazinform refers to the Kazakh Embassy?s press-office.
The Kazakhstani diplomat noted the importance of the official visit of President of Slovakia Ivan Gashparovich to Kazakhstan scheduled this autumn and regular session of the Intergovernmental Kazakhstani-Slovakian Committee for Economic, Scientific and Technical cooperation that will promote politic, trade and economic relations.
The Head of the Slovakian foreign policy department having expressed interest in deepening of friendly relations with Kazakhstan stand for further close interaction between two countries.
M. Laichak invited Kazakh Minister for Foreign Affairs Marat Tazhin to pay an official visit to Slovakia.
