Kazakh Ambassador met with Bangladesh PM

The interlocutors confirmed mutual interest and readiness to consolidate joint efforts on further strengthening of cooperation in different fields.
Sheikh Hasina noted the importance of visits at the high level, assistance in holding of meetings of business communities of two countries and cultural exchange, assuring that the Government of her country intends to use essential trade-economic potential in deepening of mutually beneficial partnership relations between Kazakhstan and Bangladesh.
She informed on the need of the economy of her country in import of oil products, agro-industrial equipment, cotton. Kazakhstan was suggested to import from Bangladesh sewing and pharmaceutical products, ceramics, and attract qualified specialists in the field of informational technologies.
The Bangladeshi Prime Minister paid special interest to the President's Address to the Nation and measures on the world financial crisis overcoming, in particular, addressing the social problems on provision of the population employment and support.
Complimenting the successful foreign policy of Kazakhstan, the Bangladeshi side congratulated our country on the OSCE chairmanship in 2010 and the OIC chairmanship in 2011.
The sides exchanged views on the topical issues of the agenda of the modern world that confirmed coincidence of approaches of two countries to settlement of regional and global problems. The sides agreed on the necessity of more close contact within the international organizations and forums.
