Kazakh ambassador, member of Japan-Kazakhstan parliamentary friendship league had talks

ASTANA. May 29. KAZINFORM Kazakh Ambassador A. Kamaldinov met with Japan's Minister of State for Disaster Management and Gender Policy, member of Japan-Kazakhstan parliamentary friendship league Masaharu Nakagawa, the Kazakh MFA's press service said.
The sides debated pressing issues of Kazakhstan-Japan cooperation in disaster management and response, in particular, within the expected participation of the Kazakh delegation in the international high-level conference on disaster response set for July 3-4 this year in Japan.
Mr Nakagawa highly appreciated the dynamics of political and socio-economic reforms in Kazakhstan, the country's international initiatives, and highlighted deserved authority of President Nursultan Nazarbayev in nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament.
