Kazakh Ambassador held press conference in Minsk

The event attracted more than 20 leading mass media of Belarus. The journalists were familiarized with a video address of President Nursultan Nazarbayev on the occasion of assuming the office of the OSCE chairman by the country.

The Ambassador focused on the major goals and priorities of the chairmanship. In particular, he noted that Kazakhstan intended to ensure equal performance of three dimensions of the Organization, adhere to the principles of initiating and maintaining the mechanisms of global security, integration among the countries, and establishment of platforms for a dialogue and taking efficient steps on raising the role of the Organization.

Besides, the journalists expressed interest in formation of the Customs Union and discussed prospects of participation of Belarus in the Program of Kazakhstan's Forced Industrial Innovative Development as well as other urgent issues of bilateral cooperation.
