Kazakh Ambassador congratulated Kazakh veterans leaving in Moscow on Victory Day

MOSCOW. May 7. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ On the eve of the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory Kazakh Ambassador to Russia Zautbek Turisbekov met with Kazakhstani veterans participated in the Great Patriotic War leaving in Moscow on Thursday.

From behalf of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev the Ambassador congratulated veterans on the coming Victory Day and expressed gratitude and appreciation to all participants of the War. He paid special attention to the contribution of Kazakhstanis to the common victory.

"Your valor and bravery, selfless devotion to the Motherland, its people remains a solid foundation in education of the younger generation, bright example of true patriotism and love to the Motherland", Z.Turisbekov said. The veterans were presented gifts.

Later n the day, a teleconference between Astana and Moscow was held in the Kazakh Embassy with the support of "KazMunaiGaz" National Company.

The veterans of two capitals cities for the first time received an opportunity to communicate with each other in a live broadcast, shared remembrances of harsh realities of the war and congratulated everyone on the coming Day of the Great Victory.
