Kazakh Accounts Committee and Ukrainian Accounts Chamber recommend actualizing agreement on emergency response
Chairman of the Kazakh Accounts Committee Omarkhan Oksikbayev and Chariman of the Accounts Chamber Valentin Simonenko signed joint resolution following the results of the parallel audit on execution of budget funds for emergency response.
According to Kazakh Accounts Committee and Ukrainian Accounts Chamber equipment and other recourses of fire emergency, airmobile and rescue services is not effective that negatively influences on emergency response.
The Government and plenipotentiary bodies for emergency response of both states are recommended to take corrective measures for disadvantages revealed during the audit.
Kazakh Accounts Committee and Ukrainian Accounts Chamber will continue joint holding of the parallel audit which is of great interest for both countries.
The Accounts Committee is a supreme audit institution of Kazakhstan directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It exercises external control (audit) and evaluation of the execution of the national budget, use of grants, state assets, state guaranteed loans, revenues from sale of goods (works, services) by the governmental institutions.
