KazAgroFinance to purchase agricultural equipment for spring sowing

ASTANA. March 27. KAZINFORM This year, JSC "KazAgroFinance" plans to purchase agricultural equipment manufactured in Kazakhstan to provide this equipment under leasing agreements to farmers, the press service of the National Holding "KazAgro" said.
Totally, JSC "AgroMashHolding" will manufacture 600 reaper threshers and forage harvesters in 2013.
Since 2010, KazAgroFinance purchased 198 seeding machines from AgroMashHolding. Overall, during the period from 2007 till 2012, the company purchased 1000 units of agricultural equipment.
The rate for leasing of agricultural machinery and special equipment in JSC "KazAgroFinance" with regard to subsidies amounts to 5.8% instead of 12.8% per annum. The term of subsidizing is 3 years, with a possible extension of up to 7 years.
As reported earlier, KazAgro Holding intends to allocate about KZT 74.3 billion for the coming sowing campaign.
