KazAgro Holding names acting Chairman

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Dauren Makhazhanov has been named as acting Chairman of the Board of KazAgro Holding JSC after powers of former chairman Dulat Aitzhanov were terminated by the decision of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 8, 2014.
Dauren Makhazhanov was born in the town of Kentau in South Kazakhstan region on March 19, 1980. He is a graduate of the North Kazakhstan State University and the Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University. Mr. Makhazhanov held various positions at a number of Kazakhstani banks, namely Kazkommertsbank JSC in Petropavlovsk, ATF Bank JSC in Almaty and Alliance Bank JSC in Astana. He has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of KazAgro Holding JSC since 2012.
