Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulates Ilham Aliyev on his birthday
Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has held a telephone conversation with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Kazinform News Agency learned from the Akorda press service.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his birthday and wished him further success in his state activity for the benefit of the fraternal people of Azerbaijan.
The Head of State highly praised Ilham Aliyev's contribution to the development of the Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan relations.
The presidents expressed satisfaction with a high dynamics of the bilateral interaction, discussed the prospects for further deepening of the strategic partnership in trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
Special attention was given to the implementation of the agreements reached during the mutual highest-level meetings.
Earlier, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a letter of congratulation to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and his compatriots on the National Day of Qatar.
