Kashagan field gas leak's eco-damage counted in Atyrau

ASTANA . November 14. KAZINFORM - Ecology Department of Atyrau region has held an unscheduled inspection of the consortium, participating in development of the offshore Kashagan field.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, the purpose of this activity is to determine the size of the environmental damage caused to the environment by gas leak containing hydrogen sulfide that occurred on the ground part of the pipeline laid from the Kashagan field to "Bolashak" facility for integrated oil.
