Karakat Abden approved as a presidential candidate

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The Central Election Commission approved the candidacy of Karakat Abden for the forthcoming early presidential elections, Kazinform reports.
As earlier reported, Karakat Abden passed the Kazakh language fluency test.
