Karaganda State Technical University joins Great Charter of Universities
"The Karaganda State Technical University has officially entered in the European educational space", the press service notes.
The international conference titled "How academy can help save society", which was held in the Bologna University, was dedicated to the issues of development of higher education in the social-economic changes and increase of the universities' role in the modern world. At the roundtable dedicated to the management issues in the crisis, rector of the Karaganda State Technical University Arstan Gazaliyev presented a model of the Corporate University.
At the XXI conference 36 universities from 15 countries, including 12 Kazakh universities, signed the Great Charter in Bologna. According to the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science, at present 30 Kazakh universities joined the Charter, 25 out of which signed the document in the last three years.
