KamAZ truck kills drunk cyclist in E Kazakhstan

UST-KAMENOGORSK. KAZINFORM - KamAZ truck has hit and killed a cyclist, who was intoxicated.
According to Internal Affairs Department, the tragedy occurred the night before in the village called Kurchum, East Kazakhstan region. The driver of the truck hit the drunk cyclist. As a result, the 43-year-old man died on the spot. Criminal case was opened. According to Chief Inspector of the regional IAD Akgul Atudinova, over 9 months of the current year 29 accidents involving cyclists have been registered in East Kazakhstan region. The number of such accidents increased by 61% compared with the same period of 2013.
