K.Tokayev congratulated people of Kazakhstan on Kurban-Ait

ANA. November 27. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "If there is unity in the country, there will be both progress and prosperity", Chairman of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev said Friday after festive namaz in "Nur Astana" mosque with participation of Kazakh deputies.
"Due to wise and balanced policy of the Head of the State Kazakhstan successfully overcomes the crisis. All antirecessionary programs including the Road Map are implemented. The draft Doctrine of the National Unity is under discussion now. This document was developed by the initiative of the President. Of course, if there is unity, stability in our country, the reforms will be continued. This means that there will be progress and development as well", K.Tokayev noted.
He stressed that Kurban-Ait is a holiday of all Muslims and congratulated all Kazakhstanis. "I wish all our people welfare, good health and I wish Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev successes in his work", the Senate Speaker said.
