K. Massimov tasked First Vice PM and Land Resources Agency to conduct revision of agricultural lands

"As President Nursultan Nazarbayev said at yesterday's session, development of agrarian sector, ensuring food security, protection of competition and efficient use of land resources must be in spotlight of the country. Thus, First Vice PM Umirzak Shukeyev will be responsible for these sectors", Massimov said.

In this view, the Head of the Government set several instructions to:

• the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Kazakh Agency for Competition Protection and all governors of the regions to ensure stable prices for foods;
• the Ministry of Agriculture to develop recommendations on increasing competitiveness of home-produced foods till April 30;
• the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade together with the Public Administration Agency and governors of the regions to develop a package of corresponding measures including delegating a number of state powers to the local authorities;
