K. Massimov: 'Nowadays, investors need highly qualified manpower'

ASTANA. May 18. KAZINFORM Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov took part in the 24th plenary session of the Foreign Investors' Council chaired by the President of Kazakhstan on "Modernization and renovation of Kazakhstan's enterprises" which was held at the Nazarbayev University.
'Nowadays, investors need highly-qualified manpower instead of cheap one,' the Prime Minister said via his Twitter.
