"The more difficult testing program has had its results and showed that many specialists possessing management skills and practical experience could not pass the test, sometimes needing just 1-2 more points to pass the test successfully," K. Kozhamzharov said. In this regard, K. Kozhamzharov told that it was necessary to reconsider the current format of tests and introduce new approaches to evaluation of the candidates. "We think that the tests onknowledge of the law have to be a part of the final stage when professional and personal qualities are tested and the final decision is made. The agency proposes to improve exactly the system for selection of candidates for the A Corps," K. Kozhamzharov noted. He also noted that the first wave of hiring of specialists for the A Corps was conditioned by the necessity to fill all the vacancies of the establishment.
