Jordanian side expects closer coop in year of Kazakhstan's OIC chairmanship

ASTANA. December 10. KAZINFORM Jordanian mass media continue to give coverage to the OSCE Summit held in Kazakhstan. Jordan's Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh took part in the Summit on behalf of King Abdullah II, the press service of the Kazakh Embassy in Jordan reported.

Besides, the mass media note that the Jordanian side expects closer cooperation with our country on Palestinian, Afghan and other problems regarding the Islamic world next year during the Kazakhstan's OIC chairmanship.

Kazakh Cinema Days organized by the Kazakh Embassy, "Kazakhfilm" studio and the Royal Film Commission were held in On December 1-2, 2010 in Amman under the auspices of Princess Reem (wife of Prince Ali, brother of Abdullah II).

Kazakh delegation headed by editor-in-chief of the studio Didar Amantai and including outstanding actor Nurzhuman Akhtymbayev, popular composer and singer Edil Kusainov took part in the event.

Minister of State for Media Affairs and Communications Ali Ayed, representatives of political, public and business community, Kazakh-Jordanian Friendship Society, representatives of the Kazakh Diaspora took part in the films screening.

The event was devoted to the 19^th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence.
