IV Religious Congress will go down in history as important part of global dialogue - Nazarbayev

"The Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions has become a unique component of the international dialogue. We are grateful to the United Nations, UNESCO, ISESCO and the heads of other international organizations, famous politicians and experts for their attention to the Congress," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.

The President noted that the initiatives of the previous congresses have been supported by the international community and "significantly helped prevent the world from falling into the abyss of a clash of civilizations."

"With all the complexities of the global development, strong impulses for dialogue remain to be popular trends of contemporary global processes. I'm convinced the IV Congress will go down in history as an important part of the global dialogue leading to the attainment of the foundations of a just world order in 21st century," the President emphasized.
