ALMATY. May 26. KAZINFORM /Yerbol Azanbek/ It is important to form a basis that will ensure the country's development in the time of recession and afterwards, and that will bring Kazakhstan to sweeping changes, Chairman of the Association of Bolashak Scholarship Program Graduates Baurzhan Baibek appealed at the business forum in Almaty.
?This is a historical period, when the society must and can change, when new values and new elite emerge. At this phase joint actions of the new elite and new values will make a ground for efficient development. Therefore integration is needed in all spheres?, Baibek stated.
He also emphasized that to become a highly competitive nation in the world arena the country needs competitive specialists. ?National specialists must be well-educated and be aware of the changes happening in Kazakhstan?, he added.
