Inventiveness of Kazakh school-leavers amazed Education Minister Zhumagulov

ASTANA. June 10. KAZINFORM - Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Bakhytzhan Zhumagulov has been surprised with resourcefulness of Kazakh students. Today, he told the reporters about small violations when holding the Unified National Testing, that did not affect the outcome.

As stated by him, before testing 28,000 cell phones and various technical means were confiscated from the school-leavers across Kazakhstan.

"The most interesting thing is that we have seized the radio, which previously probably has not been in Kazakhstan. Another finding was a clockwork, which transmits and receives signals. How "wise" our children are! " said the Minister.

Head of Education institution was pleased with the level of the UNT. "When unpleasant moments occurred with the Unified State Exam (USE) in Russia, Kazakhstan held the UNT at a decent level", said Bakytzhan Zhumagulov.

"The main thing is that this year there has not been a single case of opening the correct answers of test items. As you might see, in neighboring Russia at almost all the testing sites of the unified examination there were violations like opening test tasks. It was even the subject of discussion at the level of the President of Russia, and that is not true, of course, about the organization of the UNT in Kazakhstan ", concluded the Minister.
