International Space Station founders nominated for the Nobel Prize

ASTANA. January 22. KAZINFORM - Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) supported the proposal made by Roscosmos on rewarding International Space Station's founders (ISS) the Nobel Peace Prize.
The decision to nominate the ISS founders for the Nobel Prize was taken at the RAS Presidium, according to the news site "News of Cosmonautics". The International Space Station was established in 1998 and has been successfully operating in orbit for 16 years.
