International anti-terror exercises to be held in southern Kazakhstan

ASTANA. June 11. KAZINFORM The 'Kazygurt-Anti-Terror 2013' international anti terrorism operation will be held in the South-Kazakhstan region on June 13, the press service of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan reported on Monday.
"In accordance with the decision of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) dated September 14, 2012, the holding of joint international anti-terrorist exercises Kazygurt-Anti-Terror 2013 is provided in the order of priority in Kazakhstan", the press-service reported.
Working out the interaction of special anti-terrorist units of the competent authorities of the Member States of the SCO is planned during the trainings, Kazinform refers to trend.az.
