Interaction of state, employers and trade unions promotes dynamic develop of Kazakhstan - Prime Minister K. Massimov
In particular, the Prime Minister noted that despite the challenges caused by the global financial crisis, Kazakhstan could overcome it and return to the pre-crisis level.
The country observes good indicators of development over the last four months of 2010. Growth made 7.6% thus Kazakhstan has almost reached its pre-crisis level.
Taking into consideration the problems of the workers of state-run organizations, the Head of the State took decisions on increasing their salaries, the PM added.
"Solutions should be found in interaction, in constructive dialogue. I can say with confidence that we have already established such dialogue and see its effectiveness", the PM concluded.
"Our employers should understand that we need specialists who are able to work in diversifying and competitive economic conditions. At the same time the trade unions must protect the interests of workers", he stressed.
