Initiative of People's Assembly reflects the desire of people - Russian expert

MOSCOW. KAZINFORM. - Kazakhstan People's Assembly initiative reflects the desire of the population to hold early presidential elections, which in turn is a manifestation of democracy, this has been said by the general director of the Russian Institute for Regional Problems Dmitry Zhuravlev.
"If people want to hold elections, then this is right, this is a democracy. People's Assembly of Kazakhstan represents the people, i.e. ordinary citizens," said the expert.
