ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The flow of refugees from Afghanistan to Kazakhstan after 2014 is unlikely to increase significantly, this has been announced today by Ambassador in large of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Timur Urazayev.
According to him, over the years the flow of refugees to the territory of Kazakhstan was negligible, because the country has relevant border and customs regimes. Neighboring countries of Afghanistan including Pakistan and Iran receive the major part of refugees. "I do not think that after 2014 the flow of refugees from Afghanistan to Kazakhstan will increase," said T. Urazayev.
