Inflation rate in Jan 2010 made 1.4% – National Bank

ANA. February 9. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ In January, 2010 the inflation rate made 1.4%; Chairman of the National Bank Grigory Marchenko has informed of it today at the session of the Government.
As the Head of the National Bank underlined the given growth was not provided by monetary factors which do not reflect changes in macroeconomic situation.
"According to our forecasts, the month inflation rate could make 0.7% except for rate increase that is typically for January", - G. Marchenko noted.
