Industry Leader 2013 nat'l certificate goes to South Kazakhstan rescuers

SHYMKENT. December 23. KAZINFORM - National Certificate titled "Industry Leader 2013" has been received by the rescue squad of the South Kazakhstan region emergency department.
As told by representatives of the agency, the rescue team entered the top thirty best in the National Business Rating. The Commission assessed the activities of South Kazakhstan officers concerning safety provision in emergency situations. They were awarded the Certificate and special badges of honor.
