Industry Committee of Kazakhstan starts on-line public services

We are talking about such types of permits like guarantee obligation (end user certificate) of Kazakhstan; conclusion to classify goods, technology, services, information to the products subject to export control permit for processing of goods subject to export control outside the territory of Kazakhstan.

At present, the Committee accepts applications both on paper and in electronic form.

Citizens can apply electronically to portal www.elicense.kz in "Permissions".

Form of government services are the following: guarantee obligation (end user certificate) of Kazakhstan and the permit for processing of goods subject to export control outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan - on a form of prescribed type; conclusion to classify goods, technology, services, information to the products subject to export control - in electronic form with a protective bar-code.
