Industry and Trade Minister accounts to President

ANA. September 15. KAZINFORM. Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received Minister of Industry and Trade Asset Issekeshev today; Kazinform refers to the Presidential press service.

The Minister reported on the progress of implementation of the tasks on innovative industrialization of Kazakhstan given by the President at the XII extraordinary congress of Nur Otan People's Democratic Party.

A number of activities is held in this direction. They are the elaboration of a 5-year Program of Forced Industrial Innovative Development of Kazakhstan, which will become a part of Kazakhstan-2020 Strategy, development of Kazakhstan's Industrialization Map for 2010-2020 and Scheme of Rational Location of Production Capacities.

"At present Kazakhstan realizes 52 programs. They were launched in different periods of time and not fully provided with funds and infrastructure. The President urged to remedy that deficiency", Mr. Issekeshev said. He noted that all 52 programs will be closed, and only 4 main documents will remain. "By the year-end we should submit them for the President's approval", he added.
