Industrial output growth in Kazakhstan hit KZT 5.5 bln – A. Isekeshev

Vice Prime Minister-Head of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Kazakhstan Asset Isekeshev made it public at the sitting of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies on July 22.

According to him it is 11 percent more than last year's figures. The growth of physical index made to 106.3 percent in mining industry, 107.8 percent in the sphere of electric power and 118.3 percent in manufacturing industry.

'The sphere of industrial production directly helps form social welfare of many Kazakhstanis, 7.3 tax percent is allocated for our industrial facilities. 6000 enterprises of 11000 ones are supervised by the Ministry. Around 600 thousand people are occupied at these enterprises, taking into account average of 3 people in family the work of the Ministry impacts around 2 million Kazakhstanis', A. Isekeshev emphasized.
