Indoor football arena, tennis court to be built in Uralsk

Governor of North Kazakhstan province Nurlan Nogayev told a press conference on Wednesday the region is creating the conditions for its residents to go in for sports, especially for kids and youth. Good health and sports achievements are the benefits of engaging in sports activities since young age. This is proved by tremendous success of the athletes from western Kazakhstan in the international and republican competitions.

"The tennis court will be constructed in line with the international standards. If we want our youngsters to be successful athletes, we should provide necessary conditions and places for training. Young footballers, for instance, will be able to polish up their skills all year round - in winter and summer. These sports facilities will be open for everyone," the governor of the region added.
