Indian Government grants scholarships for Kazakh citizens for 2010-2011

ASTANA. January 18. KAZINFORM The Indian Government announced on provision of Kazakhstanis with scholarships in 2010-2011 for studying at the Indian universities; the Indian Embassy in Kazakhstan reports.
The scholarships are granted within the General Cultural Scholarship Scheme of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR). The scholarships are allocated for receiving bachelor's, master's of arts, sciences degrees, doctoral candidacy and post-doctoral researches, etc.
The applicants must be proficient in English enough for receiving higher education in India.
