Independence Day is the main national holiday of Kazakhstan, Minister

"Dear friends, let me congratulate all Kazakhstanis on the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan! It is the main holiday of Kazakhstan. Since gaining its independence Kazakhstan has become one of the leaders of the world community. Today's Astana is the epicenter of geopolitics. Many of the most important decisions were taken in Astana," the minister said a press conference with participation of the world boxing legends, Roy Jones and Oleg Maskaev. According to him, the country pays lots of attention to the younger generation now to let the youth have brighter future. He also highlighted that well-known sportsmen of Kazakhstan and their coaches were awarded state prizes on the eve of the Independence Day.
