ASTANA. KAZINFORM - In January-June 2014 secondary housing in Kazakhstan rose in price by 21.1% compared to the same period of the last year, the press service of the Agency for Statistics informs.
Average price for 1 square meter of new housing in the country in June 2014 amounted to KZT 214 350. Decent housing resale price was KZT 168 986 for 1 square meter, according to the press-service of the agency.
