In Almaty region 26-year-old committed suicide by self-immolation

According to the press service of the Department of the Internal Affairs the victim lived near Almaty in the area called Ili. The man came to the village in order to bring his wife and three children back who had been left to the wife's parents after a family scandal. The woman refused to return home. So, the man poured gasoline over his body, locked in "Volkswagen Passat" and set himself on fire. Witnesses failed to save the poor father of three.

The Koksu police department are conducting preliminary inquiry on the fact of self-immolation.
